Maghery Minors Big Win

MAGHERY'S minors recently finished as winners of the seven-a-side Michael Tighe Memorial tournament.

The Wolfe Tones Derrymacash-hosted event opened with a draw for Maghery against St Paul’s before the minors secured success over the hosts.

Defeat to Errigal Ciaran could not prevent Maghery from marching into the semi-finals and a win over Na Fianna of Coalisland set up a showdown with Sarsfields.

Maghery wrapped up the prize thanks to a solid display and congratulations go to Eamon Robinson and his players.
